For agencies
Run your clients’ AI employees from one place
Each client gets its own company with its own AI employees, inbox and Activity log. You see them all at a glance, step in when needed, and report on the work. This is what works today, and what is still basic.

One panel for all your clients
- A card per client. Employees working or stuck, pending work, urgent notices, hours worked and what was done this month. One click opens that client’s inbox.
- New client in minutes. Create the client in its language and, if you want, hire starter employees from role templates (marketing, design, SDR and more).
- Your team, your roles. People who manage the agency see every client’s status. Only administrators see the money side.
Fewer tabs, more control
- One Inbox for all your clients. What the employees of all your clients are waiting on, most urgent first, with a filter by client. Approve or reject right there with each client’s permissions; anything with money or two signatures still asks for the same, and there is no “approve all”.
- House rules, Handbook and brand guide. Write a rule once, mark it “for all your clients” and every client’s employees follow it. The same goes for the agency Handbook and its brand guide (tone, words we don’t say, signature). The client can see it, can’t remove it and can add its own. It never grants permissions the client hasn’t given.
- One Slack for the agency. Connect the agency’s Slack once and each client gets its own channel with its alerts, buttons for the simple ones and a daily summary. One client’s items never show up in another’s channel, and your margin is in no message.
- Social media in the monthly report. Posts, reach, interactions and ad spend, compared with the previous month, in the report with your logo. Today it is tested with example accounts: the report says so, and it shouldn’t be shown to a client as real.
Each client stays separate
- Their own company. Every client has its own employees, memory, tools, inbox and Activity log. Nothing is shared between clients.
- The client sees only theirs. The client never sees the agency panel, other clients or your margin. They approve what you decide they should approve.
- Work from the client’s side. Open the client’s company with one click, review what its employees did and answer what is waiting in the inbox.
Your reports, your logo
- Monthly report per client. Tasks done, hours saved, hours worked, calls and work by employee. Download it as PDF or share a read-only link that opens without an account and expires after 90 days.
- Basic white label. Upload your logo, name and color and turn it on per client: they replace ours in that client’s panel, reports and invitation.
A billing summary for each client
- What each client uses. Employees, hours worked, phone minutes and tasks for the month, employee by employee.
- PDF or CSV with your brand. A PDF to send to your client, or a CSV for your invoicing tool: one client at a time or all of them at once, one row per client.
- It is not an invoice. It carries only your brand: not Skyseat, not what you pay us, not your margin. You set the numbering and the taxes when you invoice.

You decide how much they do alone
- Approval levels. For each employee choose whether it asks before everything, before sensitive actions, or not at all. At every level three brakes stay on: a spending cap, the AI disclosure, and the Activity log.
- Your margin is yours. You set what you charge each client and see the estimated cost and margin of the month. Only agency administrators see it.
Partner program
We are opening a partner program for agencies and working with a few of them in early access. Terms are agreed in a conversation, not published on this page. Book a demo and we’ll explain how it works and whether it fits your agency.
What is still basic
White label is limited to your logo, name and color for now: no custom domain. The agency Slack alerts and the social media figures in the report are being tested with example data until real accounts are connected. Templates with fill-in fields (brand, voice) don’t exist yet. We’re in early access, so some things will change; we’ll tell you plainly what works today and what’s coming.
See it with your clients in mind
Book a 15-minute demo and we’ll show you the client panel, the monthly report and how a new client is set up. Or request early access.
