For gestorías and advisory firms
Your clients' paperwork, on time. You close the quarter.
skyseat gives your gestoría an AI employee for what eats the most time in deadline weeks: asking each client for their documents, reminding them what is missing and getting everything ready for a person to review. It does not file anything with the tax authority or run payroll. Here is what it does and what it does not.

The case: chasing paperwork and the quarter close
- One list per client. Before every deadline there are invoices, receipts or data missing for VAT, withholdings or instalment payments. The employee sends each client a single list of what is missing, with a due date, and ticks each document off as it arrives.
- Reminders in business days. If something is missing it reminds the client every few business days, skipping weekends and your region's holidays, up to a maximum number of times. When the reminders run out, it flags in the log that it is time to call.
- Who is missing, at a glance. In the Inbox you see how many clients have sent everything and which have not, so a delay shows up in time, not on the last day. If the client replies from their address, the reminders stop.
- Everything goes out with your approval. Emails to clients wait for your approval in the Inbox, and you can approve several for one client at once. Anything with an amount or two signatures still asks for them.
What it does
- Chases and sorts. Asks for each client's documents, keeps their history and suggests how to name and file them (by client, year and quarter).
- Prepares. Gets the deadline calendar, the checklists and the reminders to clients ready for a person to review.
- Keeps you posted. Tells you every day how many clients have delivered and who is missing, and records everything it did in the activity log.
What it does not do
- It does not file anything. It does not log in to the tax authority or Social Security, does not sign and does not use anyone's digital certificate, Cl@ve or SMS codes. A person on your team files.
- It does not run payroll. No payroll and no Social Security registrations. That stays in your own software.
- It does not connect to A3 or Sage. What comes out of those is copied in by hand. On the first call we tell you which connections are in testing.
- It does not decide or advise. It does not decide taxes, does not advise your clients and does not pay or set up direct debits. It prepares the question and hands it to a professional.
Control and data (GDPR)
- Each client kept separate. One client's data is not mixed with another's, and your firm's rules (professional secrecy, no advice, no sharing between clients) are written once.
- Four eyes. You choose what goes out only with a person's approval, or two people's for anything sensitive. Even the highest autonomy level does not skip it.
- An activity log that cannot be deleted. Every action is recorded, with who did it and when, and it can be exported to show an auditor. With professional-secrecy mode on, the log records what was done but not the content or your clients' names.
- Data filter. If a message contains a national ID number, an IBAN or a Social Security number, it stops and asks a person. It is a safety net, not a guarantee.
- GDPR rights. You can search, download and delete a person's data, including by their national ID, and export everything your company holds whenever you want.
- Where the data is. It is stored on servers in the EU. The AI model processes in the US. There is a data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28). The employee always says it is an AI.
What a pilot looks like
- Kickoff (30 minutes). We pick 1–2 of your clients and a task that can be measured, for example one quarter's documents.
- Days 1–14. First employee running within 48 hours, with a 30-minute call every week.
- Day 30. We review the results against the figures we agreed on day one. If it is not useful to you, it ends there, no commitment.
What is still basic
We are in early access and there are no gestoría customers in production: what you see has been tested with made-up data. Sending real emails to clients is switched on per company, from your verified domain and with your approval. The employee does not read the contents of PDFs or images, and it does not bring the tax calendar: you set the dates for each filing in the routine. Some things will change and we will tell you plainly what already works.
See it with your clients
Book a 15-minute call: we show you the case with a sample client and pick the 1–2 clients for the pilot. Or ask for early access.
