A day with this AI employee
An example of a working day. What your AI employee does depends on the tools and rules you set up.
- 7:30 amRuns the routines you set up, such as pulling the overnight figures from your tools and compiling the daily report for your team.
- 10:00 amEnters data from emails and documents into your systems, and flags anything that doesn’t match instead of guessing.
- 1:30 pmReminds people about missing approvals or documents, and prepares the changes you asked for. Steps with consequences wait in the Inbox for a person’s approval.
- 5:00 pmCloses the day with a summary in the Activity log: what they completed, what they found out of place, and what is waiting for you.
How you control it
- Inbox. Anything that changes a system, sends something outside the company, or involves money waits for a person to approve or decline. You choose how much runs on its own.
- Spending caps. Set limits on how much it can spend and how many tasks it takes on, so a runaway routine stops by itself.
- Activity log. Every action is recorded step by step, so you can audit what changed and when, and export the record.
How it differs from hiring
An operations hire takes time to train on your tools and spreads their attention across many tasks. An AI ops employee follows your written routines the same way each time and can work outside office hours.
It doesn’t replace the person who knows your business. It takes the repetitive work so they can improve the process, and it is always one click from being paused.
