What’s new

What your AI employees have recently learned to do, in brief. Anything marked “Coming soon” isn’t available yet.

  1. For agencies: My clients now has a monthly summary

See what you have billed each client this month, what it costs you, your margin, your losses, hours, and finished tasks, compared with last month, and open their dashboard in one click.

  2. A deadline warns you the day before

If a task has a deadline, your Inbox alerts you the day before, just once and within your company’s working hours, and the task moves up to high priority so your employee gets to it first.

  3. If a saved password stops working, we tell you right away

If the password for a saved account stops working, you get a live alert at that moment, and it doesn’t keep retrying over and over.

  4. If there's a data breach, we tell you within 48 hours

If Skyseat detects a personal data breach, we notify you at the latest 48 hours after we detect it. It's set out in the data processing agreement (DPA) and the privacy policy.

  5. Your support employee now works in Freshdesk and Help Scout too

Connect them in Tools and accounts and your support employee reads tickets and conversations, proposes the reply in the Inbox or answers with the AI notice, and hands anything sensitive to a person. Nothing goes out outside your rules.

  6. A people ops employee with BambooHR and Gusto

Hire "People ops for startups" and connect BambooHR and Gusto: they answer questions from your employee handbook, prepare onboarding, log time off, and keep candidates up to date. They never see salaries, health, or personal data, and payroll or any sensitive data always waits for two people; you decide who moves forward.

  7. Social media and ads with a spending cap

Connect LinkedIn, X, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google Ads in Tools and accounts and hire the new “Social media and paid ads” role: it builds the content calendar, replies to comments with its AI signature, and sends you a weekly report. Nothing is published without going through your Inbox, and ads never go over the daily and monthly cap you set (they pause on their own when they hit it).

  8. A Bookkeeper for your QuickBooks or Xero

Connect your books in Tools and accounts with one click and hire the new “Bookkeeper” role: it records bills, prepares drafts, reconciles your bank statement, pulls your AR aging, and sends friendly reminders from its own email. Issuing invoices, recording payments, and journal entries ask you first in your Inbox; paying a vendor or sending an invoice is always approved by a person (with four-eyes approval if you want).

  9. Your employees work in your Jira or ServiceNow

Connect them in Tools and accounts and share them in parts: Jira issues, ServiceNow tickets, and its knowledge base. Your employee searches, opens, comments, assigns, and moves work along, always with their own user and AI signature; closing what someone else owns, canceling, or opening a priority 1 asks you first in your Inbox, and whatever is assigned to them reaches them on its own, even while their computer sleeps.

  10. Two-step verification

In Account, Your login, add a code from your phone (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy…) to your password and save your recovery codes in case you lose it. You can remember your device for 30 days, and admins can require it for the whole company in Account, Sign-in.

  11. What comes in through Intercom, HubSpot, or Linear reaches your employee on its own

In their profile, under Inbound channels, turn on each account's webhooks: a new conversation, a lead who signs up or replies, or an issue assigned to them reaches them right away, even while their computer sleeps. Each one becomes a task with its thread in Messages and shows up on the Live map; outside their hours, only what the service marks as priority wakes them.

  12. Your support employee works in your Intercom or Zendesk

Connect it in Tools and accounts and share it in parts: conversations or tickets, customers, and the help center. Your employee answers from your help center, leaves notes, tags, and closes, always with the AI notice in their first reply. Sensitive cases (refunds, upset customers, legal topics, anyone asking for a person) come to you with a notice in your Inbox, and they never promise refunds, discounts, or dates without your approval.

  13. Your operations employee works in your Notion and your Linear

Connect them in Tools and accounts and share them in parts: Notion pages and databases, Linear issues and projects. They write processes and meeting notes, keep your databases up to date, create, move, and assign issues, and post each team’s weekly summary in Notion and on the project. Moving something to the trash, changing a database’s columns, or bulk-changing issues asks for your approval.

  14. Your SDR works in your HubSpot

Connect HubSpot (the free plan too) in Tools and accounts with a private app token and share it in parts: contacts and companies, deals, and activities. Your employee searches before creating, adds contacts with their source, logs every email, leaves notes and tasks, moves deals, and records unsubscribes. Closing a deal asks for your approval, and enrolling in a sequence or sending an email from HubSpot always does. Deleting, never.

  15. Talk to your employee, and if it’s someone else’s job, they hand it off

In Messages they reply in their own name; if what you ask belongs to a coworker, they hand it over and that coworker replies in their own chat. In a group, only the person you name replies. And whatever anyone on your team learns, everyone gets right away in “What the team knows,” inside the handbook.

  16. Meetings with one shared account

Your employees join Meet, Teams, or Zoom with your company’s account (for example, team@), and each one says who they are when they join. If several go to the same meeting, a single connection takes turns speaking in each one’s voice; if two meetings overlap, the second one waits in line. Set it up in Rules.

  17. Connect your own computer with a code

On an employee’s profile, go to Computer & schedule › “Connect with a code” (on your phone, too): send the code to whoever runs that computer and it joins Skyseat without anyone seeing or copying the key. It works once and expires in 10 minutes.

  18. Dollars and US companies

You now see and pay for everything in dollars; if you’d rather use euros, switch in Account › Plan. You can also pick your company’s country: in the US there’s no European VAT, the value report uses the US hourly cost (BLS), and the catalog leaves out what only works in Spain.

  19. A new team for marketing agencies

In Hire and when you first log in you can now pick “Marketing agency”: Marketing, Design, and Sales development are hired together, with their first tasks, rules (nothing gets posted and no ad budget gets spent without your OK), and what they don’t do.

  20. Payments your employee makes no longer count as what they cost

An invoice or purchase they handle for the company is tracked separately, under “Payments they handle,” with its own cap: it no longer pauses them or raises the cost per hour saved. See it on their profile (Budget & model) and in Usage › Limits & payments.

  21. A new team for transport and logistics

In Hire and when you first log in you can now pick “Transport and logistics”: Transport operations, Accounting for freight invoices, and Customer service are hired together, with their first tasks, rules, and what they don’t do.

  22. Live map

In Oversee › Live map, see how work comes in (email, Messages, calls, routines, requests), how the brain assigns it, and what each employee is on, with activity flowing in live. Tap an employee or a task to see the details, and use presentation mode to show it without any text.

  23. Your employee can show a website in meetings

In their profile, under Rules & permissions, choose which sites they can show (for example, a demo with sample data). In the meeting they share only a separate tab from those sites, never their browser or accounts; it goes into the Activity log and you can cut it off with “Stop sharing”.

  24. Every assignment in its own thread

Assign something from an employee’s chat and a thread opens just for that task: that’s where they tell you how it’s going, ask questions and let you know when it’s done, with a “done” card and its link in the main chat. Messages › Threads shows your whole team’s open and closed threads, with their status and what you haven’t read.

  25. Call your employee from your phone

In Messages, open their chat and tap “Call”: you talk live, in their voice, and they know what they’re working on. If you ask for something, they add it as a task, and when you hang up they leave the summary and what you agreed in the chat.

  26. Approve from Telegram and save what’s on screen

Connect your Telegram in Account › Your access and approve with one tap whenever an employee wants to use their vault (also from the phone notification). If they ask you for an account, the message includes a secure one-time form. And in the live window, “Save to their vault” stores the recovery codes or a key a website shows, without going through the chat.

  27. Passwords and 2FA without touching their computer

Add each employee’s accounts from their profile (Passwords and 2FA) or when they ask in the Inbox: their browser types the password and the 2FA code into the field, only on that account’s website, without the employee ever seeing them. You decide whether each use waits for your OK, and everything goes into the activity log.

  28. Coming soon

Your AI employees buy what they need, with your OK

Give each one a virtual card with a per-purchase cap, a monthly cap, and the stores where they can buy. When they need something, they ask you in the Inbox, “Should I buy this for that much?” and one tap pays; they never see the card number, any other charge is declined, and the invoice is saved with the purchase. For now, with test cards.

  29. Your team hears about everything, even while their computer sleeps

Emails, WhatsApp messages, meeting invitations, forms, Slack, or your CRM always reach Skyseat, and the brain decides: within their schedule it wakes them up; after hours, only if it’s urgent and up to a limit; and before every meeting. In each employee’s profile, under “Inbound channels,” you see everything that reaches them, choose when each one wakes them up, and add any service with its inbound address.

  30. Executive assistant and personal assistant

Hire someone to handle your work calendar, email, and travel, plus a separate personal assistant for life outside work, with your daily summary every morning. The personal one lives in your personal space: nobody at your company can see it, not even the admins.

  31. New role: Growth (SEO, GEO, and analytics)

An AI employee who makes sure people find you on Google and in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google, checks every month whether you’re cited, and tells you every Monday how many visits turn into leads. They draft website changes and publish nothing without your approval. There are now 25 roles in Hire.

  32. Your AI employees ask each other and share the work

They can ask whoever knows about something, hand over tasks, post in a team channel and meet to decide, always through Skyseat. You see it all in Conversations; asking a coworker for work waits for your approval, and if a conversation drags on, it pauses and asks you whether it should continue.

  33. Talk to your team from Claude

Connect Skyseat to Claude (web, desktop, or Claude Code) and ask in your own words for what you’d do in the panel: what’s waiting in your Inbox, give a task, pause someone, or how much you’ve spent. It does what your role allows, everything is recorded in the Activity log, and anything involving money stays in the panel. Connect it in Account › Your login.

  34. Handle what your team needs without leaving your Inbox

Every “Needs you” request comes with its own way to answer: enter a code, pick an option, approve, or upload a file. If it’s a CAPTCHA or a sign-in, “Solve it here, live” shows you only their browser, live: tap and type from your phone or computer, and your employee does it on their screen. It closes on its own when you’re done.

  35. Choose who can see and direct each AI employee

In Account › People there’s a new Member role (assigns work and answers questions, but can’t approve), and for each person you can pick which employees they can access and what they can do with each one: view, give instructions, approve requests, open their desktop and see their activity log. Everyone only gets alerts for their own employees.

  36. Routines: what your team does on its own

In each employee’s profile, under Routines, have them do something every day, week, or month at a set time, or when an email, a form from your website, or a webhook comes in, or before an event in their calendar. Each time it leaves a task in their queue, with a cap on tasks per day and hours per month, and you can pause it anytime. The brain suggests routines in your Inbox when it spots repeated work.

  37. 44 roles for any company

On top of the usual ones, you can now hire go-to-market strategy, marketing, SDR, legal, finance, purchasing, operations, design, research, and developers (web, data, QA, infrastructure). When you hire, you see what each one needs and can create their accounts in one click, or start from scratch.

  38. AI disclosure in the recipient’s language, in your own words

Every email, WhatsApp message, invite, meeting, and call from your team says it comes from an AI, in English, Spanish, or Portuguese depending on who receives it. In Rules › AI disclosure on outgoing messages, you can write your own wording for each channel and language; you can’t remove it.

  39. Handle several notifications at once

In your Inbox, check the notifications you want (or all of them, with the box at the top) and approve, decline, or archive them in one go; you’ll be asked to confirm, and each one is recorded in the Activity log. With the keyboard: J and K to move, X to select, and A, R, or E to approve, decline, or archive.

  40. Coming soon

Your employee works with the Microsoft 365 and Google accounts you share

Their computer knows which accounts they have and what they can do in each one: they read and send email, check their calendar, and open their OneDrive or Google Drive files. They never delete anything or share with a link, and calendar changes wait for your approval. In test mode until Microsoft and Google are connected for real.

  41. If something won’t load, we tell you clearly

Every page explains what happened, with a “Try again” button and a link to the platform status. When you’re offline, the dashboard lets you know and updates on its own when you’re back, and if something fails after you save, you don’t lose what you typed.

  42. Voicemail when your employee can’t answer

If they’re paused, on another call or outside working hours, callers hear that they’re talking to an AI and that the call is recorded, and leave a message. It arrives transcribed in your Inbox with a task to reply, waiting for your approval. Turn it off in “Who can call them”.

  43. Rehire someone you fired

In Team › Former employees, you see what comes back before you confirm: their instructions, memory, knowledge, and conversations, their access and connectors, and—during the 30 days their backup is kept—their computer just as they left it. Anything that can’t come back on its own (their phone number, a disconnected account) is clearly listed so you can reconnect it.

  44. Weekly team report

Every Monday, in your Inbox and by email to admins and managers: what each AI employee did, their work hours, what’s waiting on you, their spend against their cap, and their next steps. Turn it on or off in Usage & reports › Weekly report. For now it’s only in your Inbox: the email goes out once platform email is live.

  45. Keyboard shortcuts and charts in Usage

Press ? to see the shortcuts: G plus a letter takes you to each page (G B for Inbox, G C for Usage…) and / opens search. Usage & reports now shows the hours saved each day of the week and each employee’s spend against their cap.

  46. Find anything with Ctrl+K

Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) or “Search” and start typing: your employees, tasks, what’s waiting in your Inbox, the Activity log, their knowledge, their connectors, help articles, and dashboard pages. Use the arrow keys to move and Enter to open.

  47. A whole team for your sector, in one click

If you run a clinic, a real estate agency, or a professional or accounting firm, pick your sector in Hire (or when you first log in), and the employees it usually needs are hired together—each with their first task, your sector’s rules, and a clear list of what they don’t do. You can adjust everything later in their profile and in Rules.

  48. Audit log for the EU AI Act and GDPR

In Activity log you can download everything for a period (what each employee and each person did, approvals, spending, calls, and connectors) as PDF, CSV, or JSON. Every row carries a chained fingerprint and the summary is signed, so you can prove nobody has touched it; upload it under “Check a file” to see for yourself.

  49. Dark mode

The dashboard follows your device: light by day and dark at night, if that’s how it’s set. Or pick light or dark under Account › Your login, and it sticks across all your devices. PDF reports still come out light.

  50. First steps, one by one

If you’re just getting started, your Inbox shows the seven steps to get your team working on its own (hire, give instructions, connect their email, assign their first task, approve something, invite someone, and choose a plan), with your progress and help for each one. If something’s missing, we’ll remind you by email at most three times in the first week.

  51. Coming soon

The brain suggests improvements every day

Once a day, it looks at how your team is doing and leaves concrete ideas in your Inbox: hand a task to whoever has more time, hire someone when you can’t keep up, improve the instructions of an employee who keeps making the same mistake, or automate what they always do the same way. You decide with one tap, and it never spends more than the daily cap you choose.

  52. Coming soon

Their Knowledge, from Google Drive and OneDrive

Once you connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you can pick folders or files from each employee’s Drive or OneDrive on their profile. They’re copied to their computer as read-only and stay in sync when someone changes them. They only see what their account can see, and you stop sharing with one click.

  53. Public status page

At /estado, see how Skyseat is doing right now: every component (dashboard, database, computers, AI, voice, and email) is checked every 5 minutes, a bot runs through the platform every hour, and we post any incidents there—with 90 days of history, in your language.

  54. Fire an employee without losing their work

Before you fire an employee, download a ZIP with their instructions and versions, knowledge, memory, tasks, log, and summarized conversations, calls, and meetings. And if another employee takes over, hand over their memory and knowledge in one click. You’ll find it under Settings on their profile.

  55. What your team’s work is worth

In Usage & reports and in each monthly report, you’ll see per employee the hours they worked, how long a person would have taken, what that would cost at your hourly rate, what you pay Skyseat, and the return. Estimates are marked and explained. You can set your own hourly cost, download it as a PDF, and get it by email every month.

  56. Coming soon

    Their calendar and meetings, handled

Once you connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you’ll see each employee’s schedule on their profile, and they’ll join the Meet, Teams, or Zoom meetings you invite them to and take notes (you can turn this off). They’ll also suggest open slots and book meetings once you approve.

  57. Coming soon

Shopify and WooCommerce for your online store

We’re getting ready to connect your store: your “Online store” employee will see orders, mark them as shipped, keep stock and product pages up to date, and ask for your approval to cancel orders, open returns, or change prices. Refunds are always up to you. We’ll let you know here as soon as you can use it.

  58. Coming soon

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Holded and WhatsApp

We’re getting ready to connect your team to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mail and calendar, Holded, and WhatsApp Business. We’ll let you know here as soon as you can use them.

  59. For agencies: My clients

See how each client is doing, what you charge them, and your margin at a glance. Open their dashboard in one click and send them a monthly report with your logo.

  60. Message us from the dashboard

In Help & support, tap “Write to the team”: tell us what’s going on, with a screenshot if you like, and we’ll reply right there. You’ll get a notification on your phone when we answer.

  61. Your AI employee in your meetings

Invite them with a Meet, Teams or Zoom link: they join as a guest, say they’re an AI, and when the meeting ends, leave you the summary, the decisions and the action items. For now you can try it with a test meeting; real meetings come with real computers.

  62. A phone you’re in control of

Give your AI employee a number in one click, or use your company’s phone line. You decide who can call them and who they call, and every call is saved with a summary. They always say they’re an AI. For now, the numbers are test numbers: you can set everything up and try it today, and real calls are coming soon.

  63. New accounts in one click

Click “Create account” and your AI employee signs up for the service they need on their own. Passwords go into your company’s vault, and if the service asks them to prove they’re human, you handle that with one tap from your Inbox.

  64. Connect your tools

Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Linear, Atlassian, GitHub, and more, from a reviewed catalog. Your employees connect the ones in the catalog on their own; anything else, they ask you first in your Inbox.

  65. Try the demo, no sign-up needed

Step into a sample company in your language and see how a team of AI employees works: their Inbox, tasks, profiles, and Activity log. It’s view-only.

  66. In English, Spanish and Portuguese

The dashboard, the website, phone notifications, and your AI employees speak your language. Everyone picks their own, and each employee talks to your customers in the language you choose.

  67. Every employee’s full profile

Everything in one place: what they’re doing now, their tasks, calls and meetings, how they talk, what they know, their accounts, permissions, budget, computer, and Activity log.
