Integrations
Your usual tools, with a person in charge
Your AI employees work where your team already works. Here is, one by one, what they do with each tool, what they ask you to approve and where each integration stands. No gloss: what’s still in testing, we say so.

How they all work
- They go through the platform. The employee’s computer never sees your keys: every use goes through skyseat, which checks the permission and logs it.
- Permission in parts. You choose which account it signs in with and whether it only reads or also acts. “Remove access” takes it away instantly.
- The sensitive stuff waits for your OK. Anything that goes outside, moves money or can’t be undone waits for a person. Deleting, never. With each employee’s autonomy mode you decide how much it asks you.
Where each one stands. “In testing” means it works end to end in our test environment, with sample data, and we’re validating it with real accounts. We don’t call it “live” until then: ask us where the one you need stands. What works today and what doesn’t, piece by piece.
Messaging and meetings
Slack Tested with real accounts
Reads the channels you invite it to, receives assignments and replies in them.
- You approve. You choose whether it only reads or also writes.
Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (meetings) In testing
Joins through the link under its own name, says in the chat that it’s an AI, takes notes and, afterwards, leaves a summary, decisions and tasks in its profile and the Inbox.
- You approve. If it shares its screen, it only shows the sites you allow in Rules and permissions, and it’s logged. We’ve tested Meet and Zoom in our own meetings; Teams joins as a guest and we haven’t tested it in a real meeting yet.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint) In preparation
Its mailbox, its calendar and the documents you lend it, just like with Google. Teams chat is planned; it doesn’t exist yet.
- You approve. Changing its calendar waits for your approval. It never deletes, empties the trash or shares a file with a public link. It’s built and tested with sample data; we still have to register our app with Microsoft.
Email, calendar and files
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar and Drive) In testing
Its email, its calendar and the files you lend it: reads, drafts and books appointments.
- You approve. Changing its calendar waits for your approval. It never deletes, empties the trash or shares a file with a public link.
Sales and customer support
HubSpot In testing
Keeps contacts and companies up to date, logs emails, notes and tasks and moves deals.
- You approve. Closing deals, enrolling in sequences and sending emails from HubSpot. Deleting, never.
Intercom In testing
Replies to conversations, leaves internal notes, tags, assigns, closes and drafts help center articles.
- You approve. Publishing articles. Anything sensitive or that promises something is always a person. Its first reply says it’s an AI. Deleting, never.
Zendesk In testing
Replies to tickets, leaves internal notes, tags, assigns, solves and drafts articles.
- You approve. Publishing articles. Anything sensitive or that promises something is always a person. Its first reply says it’s an AI. Deleting, never.
Projects, documents and IT
Notion In testing
Searches and reads your pages and databases, creates and edits pages and rows and comments.
- You approve. Moving to the trash and changing a database’s columns.
Linear In testing
Creates, moves, assigns and comments on issues and posts project updates.
- You approve. Archiving and changing many issues at once.
Jira In testing
Searches and reads issues; creates, comments, assigns and changes their status with its own user and AI signature.
- You approve. Closing what someone else owns, deleting a comment and creating in bulk.
ServiceNow In testing
Opens tickets, leaves work notes, replies to the requester, assigns, changes the state and drafts knowledge articles.
- You approve. Closing or canceling, resolving someone else’s and opening a priority 1. Publishing articles is always a person.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online In testing
Sees invoices, expenses, payments and reports, records vendor bills and expenses and prepares estimates.
- You approve. Issuing invoices, collecting and posting journal entries. Paying vendors and sending invoices are always a person, with the amount in view. Deleting or voiding, never.
Xero In testing
Sees invoices, payments, bank and reports, prepares draft invoices and records vendor bills and transactions.
- You approve. Approving invoices, collecting and posting journal entries. Paying vendors, sending invoices and changing bank details are always a person. Deleting or voiding, never.
People
BambooHR In testing
Answers questions from the company handbook, looks at the directory and time off, prepares new hires, logs time off and leaves notes on candidates.
- You approve. New hires, approving time off and role changes. Rejecting time off, moving candidates and terminations are always a person. Anything sensitive takes two people.
Gusto In testing
Sees the pay schedule, payroll totals and who is on payroll, without salaries or sensitive data, and invites someone to Gusto to enter their details.
- You approve. Seeing each person’s data and preparing, sending or canceling a payroll: always four eyes.
