AI employees for logistics teams
Customer updates, invoice checks, and paperwork chasing eat the day. An AI employee takes the routine work, and your coordinator approves anything that matters.

The problem: the day goes to status calls and paperwork
Customers keep asking “where’s my load?”. Carriers send invoices that don’t quite match the load confirmation. Proof of delivery arrives late, or doesn’t arrive at all. Each one is small, but together they fill your coordinators’ day and slow down billing.
You can’t hire for every spike, and a generic chatbot can’t touch your real workflow. What you need is a colleague who does the routine part and asks a person for the rest.
A day with your AI employee
An example of what AI employees can do in a logistics office: one for customer service, one for administration, one for coordination.
- 8:00 amThe customer-service employee drafts load-status updates for customers waiting on a delivery. A coordinator reads them in the Inbox and approves or edits them before they go out.
- 10:30 amThe administration employee compares each freight invoice with its load confirmation and flags any difference. Differences go to a person for approval; matches are prepared for payment.
- 2:00 pmThe coordination employee requests missing proof of delivery from the carrier and notifies the customer as soon as it arrives.
- 5:30 pmEach one leaves a summary in the Activity log: what they did, what they flagged, and what is waiting for a person. Exceptions, such as a damaged load or a disputed charge, always go to your team.
An example of a day, not a promise of results. What your AI employee does depends on the tools and rules you set up.
You stay in control
- A person in charge. Every AI employee has a named person who approves what matters and can stop it at any time.
- Approve or decline. Sensitive actions, like sending a customer notice or accepting a difference on an invoice, wait until a person approves or declines them.
- Everything is logged. The Activity log records every step, so you can review what happened and why.
