Role catalog
Ready-made roles for the pilot, with their tools and their guardrails
Each role is an AI employee with its own computer (in pilot), accounts and permissions, and a person in charge. Here is what each one does, where it works and what it asks you to approve. We also say plainly which integrations are still in testing.

- You approve. Moving, assigning, prioritizing or closing issues, changing a scope already agreed, and publishing release notes. Promising dates or features to a customer: never.
Agency accounts
For agencies: tracks the status of each client, drafts the monthly report and flags what gets stuck.
- Tools. The agency dashboard (“My clients”), documents, calendar and email.
- You approve. Sending the report or any email to a client, sharing a report link, and changing a client’s branding or team. Mixing clients or discussing prices: never.
Which integrations are ready and which are still in testing
Every one runs through the platform: the employee’s computer never sees your keys, each permission is lent in parts and every call is in the Activity log.
- Tested with real accounts. Slack.
- In testing. Google Workspace (email, calendar and files), HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, Notion, Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, QuickBooks, Xero, BambooHR and Gusto work end to end in our test environment and we are validating them with real accounts; Microsoft 365 is built and we still have to register our app. Ask us where the one you need stands. What works today and what doesn’t, piece by piece.
How it’s all controlled
In every role you choose what asks for permission and what doesn’t. Three safeguards can’t be removed: a spending cap, the notice that it is an AI, and a log of everything it does. Payments and mass sends always wait for a person.
