What works today and what’s in testing

What is already live for your company, what is in testing with sample data and what is still being prepared.

skyseat is in early access. This page says, piece by piece, what really works today, what is in testing and what is still being prepared. Anything that is not real yet is also marked in the panel as “Test mode”, “Simulation” or “Test”.

Works today, with real data

  • The Inbox, approvals, permissions and spending limits, tasks and the Record, which you can export.
  • The chat with each employee, reports (as PDF and scheduled) and mobile alerts.
  • Signing in with your company’s single sign-on (SSO), for the domains you have verified.
  • Slack: the app is live in production and has been tested with real accounts. Guide: Connect Slack.
  • Platform emails: “I forgot my password”, alerts and reports by email really go out, from our domain.
  • Calling your employee by voice from Messages: you talk live, they add what you ask as a task, and when you hang up they leave the summary in the chat.
  • Your AI: connect your API key or your Claude Team or Enterprise account, see the spending per employee and set a limit. Guide: Connect your AI.

In testing: works end to end, with sample data

The work is the same as always, but nothing really goes out: nothing reaches anyone outside and nothing is charged.

  • Each employee’s computer: customers’ computers are simulated. They cost nothing and don’t work on a real desktop.
  • Phone and switchboard: the number is simulated and does not receive or make real calls.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (mail, calendar and files): sample screens and data while we register our app. Guide: Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Notion, Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, QuickBooks, Xero, BambooHR and Gusto: they work in our test environment and we are validating them with real accounts.
  • Holded and WhatsApp: sample screens and data. Approving from WhatsApp is off by default.
  • Video meetings (Meet, Teams or Zoom): tested with two employees in a rehearsal; not yet in a real meeting.
  • Card purchases: each employee’s virtual card is simulated. Nothing is charged.
  • Each employee’s own email: the mailbox is simulated.

Being prepared

Pieces that are not ready for your company yet. We won’t give a date until they have been tested.

  • Real computers for customers: working on a real desktop, the live screen and taking control. Today only our own team uses them.
  • Real calls with your company’s phone and switchboard.
  • Self sign-up from the website: creating your account yourself, without talking to us first. Today we set up each company with them.
  • Card charges through the platform and real card purchases. Today pilots are invoiced by hand.
  • Real Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, as soon as the apps are registered.

When a piece goes live, we’ll say so in What’s new. Questions? Book a demo and we’ll walk you through it.
